Soups

From Japanese miso from fermented soy and osuimono based on soy sauce and sake, through Thai tom yum and tom kha with coconut milk to Chinese broth with bamboo and mun mushrooms or tomo with tomatoes, curry paste and shrimp. Here you will also find a RAMEN dish of alkaline pasta and broth, which is not soup, but its form of serving resembles it.
